Returns & Refunds policy

At Ziddverse, all products are digitally delivered, which means they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital file (such as a planner, template, or audio) has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot accept any return.

🚫 No Returns on Digital Products

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not possible. This includes:

• PDF planners

• Branding kits

• Audio files

• Templates or workbooks

• All the Digital Products

✅ Refund Exceptions (When Applicable)

We may offer a refund only in the following cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product

• You did not receive access due to a technical error and we are unable to resolve it within 3 working days

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
