We offer digital productivity tools such as planners, goal-setting kits, branding templates, audio motivation bundles, and startup sheets — crafted for students and creators.

🔹 2. How will I receive my order?

All products are delivered digitally via download link immediately after successful payment. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with access details.

🔹 3. What if my download doesn’t work?

No worries! Just DM us on Instagram @the_ziddverse or email theziddverse@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll resend the files within 24–48 hours.

🔹 4. Do you offer refunds?

As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds on digital products once accessed or downloaded. Refunds are only provided in case of duplicate orders or technical issues.

🔹 5. Can I use your templates for client work or resell them?

No. All Ziddverse products are for personal or business use only. You may use them for your own content but cannot resell, redistribute, or claim as your own.

🔹 6. I have a low-value product (₹49). How do I buy it?

Due to payment gateway limits, products under ₹85 must be ordered via Instagram DM. You’ll get ₹5 off on manual payment!
